As the lead consulting designer, I played a pivotal role in transforming the Transend platform into an intuitive and powerful e‑commerce solution for shop owners. By leveraging UX and e‑commerce best practices, Transend has emerged as the fastest-growing marketplace for aftermarket auto parts.
I contributed to the design of nearly every feature on the platform and assisted in their development. Additionally, I designed and developed all transactional emails for the platform.
